About

A safe place to set down what you’ve been carrying

My passion is working with adults to overcome the challenges and complexities of life that can feel heavy and exhausting. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders, persistent grief, and those who are feeling stuck and in a place of dread, ick, or experiencing overwhelming worries and fears. Clients I typically work with carry a lot, often quietly. On the outside, they look capable, responsible, and put together—people often rely on them, and they rarely let anything slip. But internally, they feel overwhelmed and unsure how to keep going. They’re the type of person who has tried to push through, stay busy, or “handle it,” but something inside is telling them they can’t keep doing it on their own. If this feels familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to keep pushing through it by yourself. Together, we’ll navigate the parts that feel stuck, hypercritical, depressed, and anxious. I’ll help guide you through learning valuable skills for healing these parts, managing overwhelming emotions, and dealing with stress. We will meet virtually in the comfort of your own space to navigate the sticky and begin building a more fulfilling and joyful life. My hope is that therapy with me feels like a safe place to be yourself, to explore your world freely, and to help find practical ways forward to living your best life yet.
